Does the deposit for summer semester cover the following fall and winter semesters?

No it isnt/ You pay your deposit. That deposit is deducated from the total tuition fees that you owe for the Summer and Fall term. This is your first year Semesters 1 & 2.
Then you will have another tuition pay to make due by the 1st or 2nd week of classes.

then when semester 2 begins for you in septe,ber you will pay your fees for that term in the 1st or 2nd week of classes
