I reached up until 7:00 minute mark and pretty much did everything as instructed in the video. I am still getting error when trying to launch using, python relauncher.py

Yeah, I just re-chcecked that part and I ran the full command, pip install --upgrade --no-deps --force-reinstall -r requirements.txt
