Open up a Terminal and run this:

/Applications/Heroic.app/Contents/Resources/app.asar.unpacked/build/bin/darwin/legendary status

It says something with rosetta error

A quick google tells me that a restart of the PC should help it Have you tried that yet?

Neat Just for the future, generally a restart is never a bad thing to try if you're having any issue at all
