Top infill not connecting with perimeters

I still have the problem that the infill isn't connecting with the perimeters. I fixed it for the first layer by lowering the nozzle, but for top layer I have no clue what could be the problem. I checked E steps and they are pretty much perfect I changed infill overlap to 55% which didn't do anything.so I'm a bit clueless now what the problem could be.

Hello, what nozzle do you use and with what layer height and width do you print? Also are the settings related to your nozzle set in your slicer? Because this feels to me like printing gcode for a 0.4 nozzle with a 0.6 nozzle. Have you checked the steps for your X and Y?

@etwasmitbaum I print with a 0.6 Nozzle 0.35 first layer after that 0.3. Nozzle is 0.6 in the slicer and in the printer.cfg the line width is 0.75 for first layer and after that 0.7. not quite sure on how I would check x and y steps, but I'll look into it

check X and Y just tape a ruler down, move that axis and compare

Hmm that's weird. I am sorry but I am out of ideas for now.

Your top layer looks underextruded in general. More than just an infill-perimeter issue. What type of plastic is this, what EM are you using? Any modifications to solid infill line widths or top infill line widths?

ok, im using pla. what's EM? I use 0.7line width for everything except first layer@sherbs if em is extrusion multiplier its 0.89 I left it as it was

It has to be tuned for each filament (even each color of the same material and brand)

ok will do that thanks

Yeah 89 is pretty low, might be good for most petg types I used. but for pla it's usually between 95 and 100, just for reference. Ofc you should calibrate it per plapstics type and brand at least.
