If you sure your bad is flat I would start with the worst corner, back left up? (Or front left down)

do I lower the right side at this point?

The back left looks worst to me you should. It's closer to the gantry so that corner need to go up. I would honestly check the bed flatness on some flat surface. That is a lot to lift in your frame. I doubt it was so badly aligned... unless you just assembled it without measuring anything.

I upgraded to RR's open face it. I left brackets on and only replaced 1 extrusion at a time. That way I only had to remove 2 bracket at a time. Prior to that I the mesh was 10 times better.

Then yeah probably a frame issue

When I look at the mesh I take the red spike in the back as the back right. Is that incorrect?

back right would be X-max Y-max . For the way your mesh is displayed there your arrow is at x-min Y-max which is the rear left corner

That plot suggests you have some pretty substantial upward bow in the gantry... That'd be the first thing I'd look into... You'll need to correct that and get, at least, the front edge of that plot to be more flat... Seems almost 0.5mm bow in that image
