Updating Witcher 3 to 4.02 not working
Does anyone else have a problem with updating the Witcher 3 to the latest patch?
Heroic says that there is an update available, and asks me to download/install it. Downloading seems to be going OK, but then it finishes without actually installing the patch. When I click play, it once again prompts me to download the update. I've tried this a few times but it just doesn't update. According to the logs the progress doesn't get further than 89.02% for some reason. I can't find any errors.

It's a bug where heroic doesn't update the version in it's cache
delete the
~/.config/heroic/gog_store/installInfo.json file and press update again
that should temporarily fix it, it won't be necessary after upcoming Heroic updatestormy-goldOP•3y ago
