Valorant fullscreen problem

Hello, i recently met this issue when i tried to play some Valorant- for some reason the game does not want to run on fullscreen. The screen freezes, BUT every option in the main menu can be hovered and selected. Background audio can also be heard. When i switch to windowed or windowed fullscreen everything is okay. I tried every possible way to fix it but it just doesnt work
