Installed Toolboard EBB42 1.2 MCU Error

Installed the BTT EBB42 1.2 and after having a line error I now have a MCU unable to connect. the error doesn't leave much to go on but wondering if I need to to a fresh flash install of if there is something else I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated.

how did you verify the flash was successful for the toolboard and the octopus?

You could not use the can communication with standard RatOS. Read the info in https://os.ratrig.com/docs/configuration/toolboards
Toolboard Configuration | RatOS
RatOS supports multiple toolboards connected via USB. They can be flashed initially through the configurator, and will automatically get flashed when klipper is updated. To configure your toolboard, you need to uncomment your board and features in the toolboard section in printer.cfg near the bottom, just before the user overides section.
