Can't log in

my last play was on march 18 then i came back ( march 20 ) because march 20 where i can put new riot ID but i couldn't log in for some reason then i opened my pc my valorant acc got logged out and can't log in anymore i tried updating my valorant account but there's no APAC region please help me its been 3 days i can't log in
