I am joined by Beestoopid and Shortbus (PointCtrl developer) doing a test flight with miniguns using two DIY made minigun controllers

Hi, can anyone check my pulley design ? I've gone over it a couple times and can't see any issue. But it seems the teeth are just a little too close, as the belt only fits in for about 2/3rds the way around and then doesn't match. If you want I can generate a new pulley in scad and pull it into fusion to convert it to a solid. The parametric scad thing does really well with the teeth. I generated GT tooth type pulleys for mine but HTD is one of the tooth options as well.
