I made my installation dirty by accident, what does this mean exactly? I wasn't paying attention and accidentally updated in the wrong order I suspect

dirty is when you edited a file you shouldn't have

I only ever edit printer.cfg and have not touched that for some time.
Only appeared after the update
did you update from 1.x to 2.x?
modern-teal•15mo ago
Nope
can you ssh into the machine and run
cd /home/pi/printer_data/config/RatOS; git status
and paste the output here?modern-teal•15mo ago
Thanks appreciated mate
@miklschmidt any idea how that happened? It doesn't make sense to me
That is extremely strange
I have no idea

I'm supposed to be a VMWare specialist, its getting troublesome for work now
Would like to know how it happened, so if you can upload your logs (klipper and moonraker) then maybe there's a clue in there.
quickest-silver•15mo ago
And its reproduceable, always happens for me when I flash again
I will try and reproduce this, thank you
