can’t upload gcodes to my vcore3

Is is all that pulls up and I am unable to connect via laptop never have been able to always used my phone now after letting it sit idle for a couple weeks I can’t upload anything

I know it’s not a update issue as my printer is only hooked to wifi with no interweb Bump Bump
