hmmm maybe it's not compatible? check this issue in the legendary repo https://github.com/derrod/legendary/issues/88#issuecomment-683312521, from what I understand (can could be completely wrong here though) is that the game is looking for a coockedcoocked shader cache file for your card/platform/graphicsapi and it can't find it

from my tests on desktop it does not require anything, it should work out of the box, I'm installing it on the deck now

I have showfps turned off, esync off, the target exetarget exe setting is blank, and I'm using Wine-GE-Proton7-41

the only difference I see is we both installed the game in the internal drive and you have that in an external SD card, right?

vampyr for me had the resolution inverted but it didn't crash, and I fixed that in the settings
