Perfect resonance bad belt tension

Can someone help me tune the belts? If I adjust the tension so the two peaks are in the same spot my gantry will rack. If I adjust the belts so the gantry is square I get these results. And no matter how I adjust them I never get 4 peaks(2 by 2) I only get 1 peak with both tensions. Vcore 3.1 300, fmmm and extrusionless with gates belts. Accelerometer used is from the ebb36 toolboard
