Z Offset
Any ideas on what could be up with my z offset? It's been fine for months but today before a print the nozzle gouged through PEI sheet. When I checked Z-Offset in printer config it read 0. Performing a probe_calibrate and saving will not update the offset in printer config and it stays at 0.

check the BOTTOM of your printer.cfg file. that is where the system would have updated any z-offset statement

Thanks. Found that section at the bottom and proper offset is there. Printer seems to be back to normal again so no idea what caused it. Just flipped PEI and using glue stick for the moment with uncoated side. Only change I've made recently was to install fans and change to performance config for motors. Hoping it was a one off. Thanks for getting back to me.
