Generated Chunks are Dark when Phosphor is installed

I'm guessing this is to do with the fact that Phosphor changes the way that the server handles lighting, would be nice to use these mods together but really not vital. In the screenshot you can see the dark chunks which were generated with phosphor, and then the chunks beyond that are lit because they were generated after I uninstalled phosphor
