steering wheel issue
i just connected my steering wheel and pedals and it wont let me shift with paddle or H?

no, the steering and throttle work, i just cant accelerate

Then your wheel isn't supported for FiveM unfortunately

its js steering far left and not moving ewven though i move the wheel

iirc its corrupted drivers for the steering wheel, but try taking the usb out and putting it back in, try taking all of the usbs out and putting them back in after
Probably a few youtube videos on it too
and ghub used to have a driver cleaner, not sure if its even up to date or a thing anymore

the light ontop of the wheel is flashing

so i got everything working, but it wont shift out of neutral
