[GTA San Andreas] Anyone got it working?
I want to install and run GTA: SA and play Multi Theft Auto with my friends. I used to play with a Parallels VM but I deleted Parallels since it was taking over 55 GBs of my storage.

The game opens fine, I see the loading but it gets stuck after the NVIDIA's logo, you have to click a mouse button but that's when a Wine Debug window opens and says something like "gta_sa.exe experienced serious problem".
I just wonder if there's anyone who can get it working, maybe I'm missing a library? Idk. It looks like a simple game but it doesn't work. I don't want to install Parallels back.

- Wine Crossover: 22.1.0

I'm not experienced with MacOS at all but did you try turning on dxvk if that is an option (dunno if it is). I see some wined3d messages in your log.

I did, it's on by default, I also tried disabling it and it's the same.

By checking if crossover has a option to enable vkd3d like dxvk

I don't use Crossover because it's paid though. That's the only way?
Should I try with the trial version?

San Andreas doesn't use vkd3d-proton, so shouldn't matter

That's for GTA V, might be related to #GTA V Stuck at "Entering Story Mode". I read that in many forums, starting the launcher through Crossover and running the game from Heroic (which sounds absurd) works but when I tried to run the launcher, it simply won't display anything other than a black screen... and when I start the game it won't just run. Probably a bug, something that'll fix or idk. I deleted it now, I might try it again in the future.
