A Short Hike complains about missing Data folder when its there

hi, ive just done a reinstall of my system (artix linux, default kernel, flatpak heroic, proton ge latest) and now i wanted to try out heroic to see if everything is well after setting it up and so on, turns out a short hike immediately complains (see picture) the flatpak certainly has access to /media/D/Other/Games, so im not sure what the cause of this is. please help thanks in advance!
