Launcher menu opens as blank screen when I first start computer

Hi, I’ve just found an odd glitch with the launcher, whenever I first start my computer, the launcher starts in the background like the rest of my launchers. However, when I open the launcher menu, it just displays a blank screen, and it’s not unless I close the launcher from the system tray and restart it does it work like normal.
Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

Check if right clicking the system tray icon and selecting reload fixes the blank screen issue. That might help troubleshoot and, for now, would save you the time of a complete restart.

Got it, just did the same thing but with a white screen (instead of grey), reloading works
