Another bed mesh numpty
Hi all. Been working on this all night and just cannot seem to improve things much at all.
Started with bed mash last year down to 0.146 and real happy with it.
Upgraded to 3.1 and re-doing the mesh and cannot get it below 0.3. In actual fact, I have worsened it to 0.4 now.
Any suggestions from the heightmap would be fantastic. Seems like my gantry is bowed somehow? I have loosened all the screws and tightened them back up just .

I don’t have an answer I can only suggest what I would do in your situation; I would take the gantry apart and inspect the extrusion (and the rail). 0.4 would be easily visible. If it is fix it or order a new one. If it isn’t obvious from inspection then I would install the extrusion upside down to see if the bed mesh inverses.
