ADC out of range

Please help a new kit builder. I’ve checked everything. Thermistors are new with kit. I’ve replace plugs. I completely taken apart hot end and examined. Can I further diagnose with config file edits. What parts should I start replacing?

you can try adding this to the user overrides section (be sure to remove it later)

[heater_bed]
max_temp: -120

[extruder]
min_temp: -120

[heater_bed]
max_temp: -120

[extruder]
min_temp: -120

then it should show in the mainsail interface which one has a negative value (and thus is broken or not connected correctly)

I have this same error and added the above lines and discovered it was my heater bed. I took the factory plug and just plugged it in. Are the cables reversed possibly? This was one of the simpler steps.

There's no polarity it's just a resistor.

Probably didn't plug the thermistor into the right port

I have it in the slot right below the Hot end thermistor, per the diagram. Can it be reassigned to check another port?

It's highly unlikely it's the port, you can just plug it into the hotend thermistor to test though.
