[Mint] Fez fails to launch
Error log attached. I have very little experience with heroic or wine, this is the third game i've run using it and I had help for the first.

you probably want to use latest wine-ge not wine-ge-lol or wine-ge-sc or wine-ge-diablo4

i tired uninstalling another game and it told me it used the default wine prefix, so i assumed most games did

yeah there should be a prefix in the Heroic/Prefixes folder for fez

it will delete the save so if you are worried id just rename it
(point being hopping around prefixes can get them kinda muddy, so best to start clean)

it prompted me to remove the game from my list, and didn't really work when i said no, so i'm reinstalling
oh it works now!
i think there were 2 issues, the first is that i tried it with proton (it's what it prompted me with) before reading that I should use wine, and then when i did use wine it prompted me to install something so i did, before seeing that magic "update everything and make it all work" command
I had some crashes on my old windows pc so i hope this fares better

you especially need to clear the prefix if you move between proton and wine-ge
they store things entirely differently
