RThat's what I did but it still said 0 projects and there are no files in the explorer

AWouldn't be the first time VS decided to not add the project to the solution... Double-click the
.sln file to open it in VS, then right-click on it in the solution explorer, add an existing element, and navigate to the .csprojAAlternatively, use the
dotnet sln CLI command
