Did you check in the slicer if there was something different at those layers? Like different fan speed, printspeed Or did you reprint the same part with a different result?

its symetric, bottom half is the same as top half (or as seen on the pictures, right side is bottom, left half is top) there is no difference I changed the nozzle and reprinting now
