When creating a template a required env is being marked as optional

N/AOn the button edit page this shows as required, even if i refresh, ive toggled if on and saved, off and saved, no changes.
Its missing on the deploy page for the template, instead its showing down at the bottom which should only be for optional ones? 🤔
and/or ones with a default...
