Clogged hotend?

Rapedo hotend with orbiter. Last print failed half way then print came good again. I then printed something else and got this on the first layer. Running sub 200mm/s PLA. Vc3.1-500 New printer. 3rd print.

From the picture, could be many things... Damaged nozzle, partial clog, too fast, too cold, poor bed adhesion

Orbiter steeper is missing steps. While extruding at 5mm/s for 50mm it becomes very obvious hearing the Stepper miss and the extruded filament shows little imperfections in time with the sound of the step missing. Increased tmc2209 extruder current to 0.9 (was 0.35) at the end of slicer start gcode. Unsure what's causing the restriction to the filament. Changed tube joining extruder and hotend. Removed long tube going into top of extruder.
