how do I get rid of the soft ban when teleporting
when using these co ordinates and when I teleport to then I can’t even interact with pokestops or Pokémon due to them fleeing, I know it’s a soft ban due to the reporting but is there any way of getting rid of it?

Isn’t the maximum amount like 2 hours?
You can sit on the catching screen until the cooldown ends. Then throw the ball
Oooh okay thanks so much ur amazing so say if I teleport to a shiny I click on it wait around 2 hours then I can catch it?
