VKD3D/DXVK don't auto install after adding custom games
This happened twice in a roll, with adding custom games both times.
(Using AppImage version)
- To reproduce, just install & add a new custom game the way you'd usually do it.
- When opening games right after install (COD:BO2 and IW in my case) gave directx-related issues
- So I go and UNCHECK the DXVK & VKD3D options for those games, try the games again, then go and check both back again
- Games work
-This DOES NOT happen with downloaded games from Epic (cant test GOG sorry)

Question is; did you create prefixes for those games before you add them into Heroic and used same Wine build you used on them before in Heroic as well?
In such case since there will be no update operation on prefix or a prefix creation etc Heroic dxvk/vkd3d toggles might not kick in

IW one was added from Lutris, BO2 one was created with Heroic
I tried same Lutris runner on IW before I figured out this was my fix. Changing Wine runners did run scripts but DID NOT FIX THIS for some reason
I had this problem since yesterday actually lol, I was pulling my hair reinstalling all sorts of stuff on my system thinking some package/s broke and nothing helped, until I did this today. It's why I had downloaded Lutris for IW haha
EDIT: May 8th, happened again with another custom game I installed through heroic, I had to uncheck and check the boxes again
