DXVK and VKD3D not installing with "Add game"
When manually adding a game with "add game", DXVK and VKD3D doesn't seem to be working (Tested with DXVK_HUD). When turning DXVK off and turning it back on, it works. Flatpak heroic

Can't reproduce with 2.9.2, probably because of https://github.com/Heroic-Games-Launcher/HeroicGamesLauncher/pull/2873
