Technically the TOS update was just the add-ons of Indonesia stuff but its still not sure if they are going for straight bans for now what you can do is stay tuned here to see if people get straight bans or same strike system Turn off battle and raid logs from advanced settings of pokemon go and try not to mess up cooldown

Well there is always a chance of ban with this ban waves going on so when you are spoofing you always take the risk but what I meant is you dont need to be panicked about this TOS update the risk is same as before but this TOS terms does not change anything until now
