When i launch rocket league its showing cooked and black screen and not oppening

How long have you waited on this screen? Your system is rather old & I remember the game taking a bit longer to start even on my (fairly modern) system

HD Graphics 5500This gpu doesn't support Vulkan 1.3 iirc so DXVK 2.0 and newer will throw that error I mean dxvk won't work

it does I think
it's HD 4000 that's stuck in a pickle
I think even HD 4400 can
but an HD 5500 def can
According to the logs it does, although it was certainly a surprise for me as well
