"Game unavaible"

Some games are grayed out and if i try do play them it prints me a message saying that the game folder has been deleted, but i wasn't, the folders are all ok. I ran across this bug a couple of times, i had it while using EndeavourOS, and now with Fedora 38.

Probably unrelated but i think its worth mentioning: I only have this issue with games installed on my secondary HD. On my prymary, SSD all games installed there are fine. I also gave Heroic a access to a folder on my secondary HD, (that same thing you have to do with the flatpak version of steam) and all games installed there are running fine. This didn't affected that 2 games on the pic, they still grayed out, i need to download them again to further test this ''teory''.

You can also "import" the existing game folders, to save time on re-downloading.

Heroic does a simple check to see if the executable of the game exists or not. If it doesn't it will say the game is not available. This was created because some people use external storage, sd cards, etc That can be removed so heroic can filter out these games

Didn't notice. How i do that ? this ain't my case (well, the games were installed on a secondary hard drive so maybe it is related after all), but i've heard that this is a current bug and you guys are working on it, and i installed more than five games after that and they are fine, so i will tag this tread as solved
