RatRig/3DO ASA Green - printing problems on the Bambu Lab X1C
Hello, I received my roll of RatRig/3DO ASA Green - today, immediately made a few test prints and printed a temptower from 260-225°C unfortunately, up to 255°C the layer adhesion was very poor. So I printed it with 260°C although the filament is specified with max. 240°C. I print it on the Bambu Lab X1C with 0.2 layer height, 110°C bed and 260°C Nozzle at ~200mm/s. Does anyone have any idea why the print looks so bad? I am running much better quality with other ASA's, so it must be an adjustment thing. Does anyone perhaps have the ASA and a Bambu and can tell me their settings/experiences? Thank you Nick

Also with 260*C is the layer adhesion not good 😔
What's your chamber temp?

44°C
try and get it hotter - ASA likes it warm

How fast are your cooling fans running?
are you running the bambu with the steel nozzle? I have found that all the temps need to be bumped way up to compensate properly

No, I use the Hardened Steel nozzle.... currently I have adhesion problems with 110°C on the Textured PEI... I am currently printing the filament at 240°C and limited to 10mm3/s.
iam now at 265°C and 112°C Bed... Still no good Adhesion... I tested it with 90, 95, 100, 105, 110, 112 and from 230 to 270... Maximum Flowrate between 5-20mm³/s... I think this Filament is Broke...

Chamber Temperature from 40-70°C Still bad prints...
The layer adhesion is very strong when i print this at 250 with 105 bed chamber 60
Too much fan?
