problems starting the app

I have a problem when starting the app and it doesn't let me create the account, it keeps loading and I never get an email or anything

do you have an antivirus? outgoing or incoming requests might be getting blocked

same problem, the app takes a minutes for start and then i cant register or log in i deleted the app for download again and doesnt works
