Is there a way to track Kecleon spawns?
I was told there was a website somewhere that tracked kecleon spawns. I'm stuck on the jirachi research and I need 9 more. Any help is appreciated.

In pg go in map click on this logo and check their is a green disc near by green is for kecleon
