Is it easy to get banned using ipogo?

iOS very much yes
Android still yes but not as much as iOS

Also depends if you are rooted/jailbroken or not

Is there a walk through on how to jail break, also once jail break on iOS, what software to robust so you don't get caught ?

I recommend don’t spoof on iOS because you will probably get a virus if you find a sketchy site
