furfrou forms

hello i have a question, i am in japan. I'm catching furfrou but only 2 forms are showing, I can't convert it to japan specific version, how can i fix it

Restart the game in japan if it still does not work then clear cache of pokemon go whichever spoofer you have then restart the game
