Some photos not uploaded but remainder is 0

I have a couple photos that are refusing to upload even though Immich can see them. Weirdly enough, the remainder count shows zero even though these images still need to be uploaded. I've tried logging in and logging out but it doesn't fix the issue.

Try run the thumbnail generation job for missing one in the admin panel on the web. Something must have happened to your server when the images get uploaded so the thumbnails are not generated
