Pixel motion photos borked
Recently updated to the
v1.81.0 and now all my motion photos no longer play. They display fine statically, but when you try to play them, it throws you an error.

Timestamp wrong but EXIF is correct
Facing an issue where Immich shows the incorrect time for the image even though the EXIF data is correct.
Could be timezone related? If it helps, the timezone I am in currently is Asia/Shanghai (GMT +8) which is the same timezone the photos were taken in
(uploading screenshots in a mo)
