Spawn-location

I live in Berlin (germany) and just wanted to know if there a reason for the decayed spawnrate of hundos? After all its the main capital and If I check for older messages, the last is from over 10 months, but back then it happend really frequently.

The one providing the coordinates probably stopped feeding Berlin like he used to
