Monitoring especially Nextjs Backend
Hello, I want to see if I can speed up something about responses.
A simple create endpoint takes 500ms maybe i can take it lower.
I don't know mainly which part of my deployment makes it slow
I think monitoring should exist in t3 repo as default
and production speed tips in t3 document
If there are documents about it, sorry about that...

- Is there any good (i prefer free solution) for monitoring. An example repo would be GREAT
- Any opinions about vercel, railway response time slowness issue? Can i improve their speed without changing these providers?
