CSS lost if email sent via NOVU is forwarded

Hey everyone, I have implemented novu in my project and I am sending emails using the service. The flow is working very smoothly, but after receiving email if I try to forward that to another emailId, all the css is getting lost and it comes as a plain html. Does anyone know why?

Hi @nitingupta__7 Few questions:- 1. Are you self hosting Novu? 2. Which email provider you are using? 3. how many times did you forward? I tried with novu saas with novu email. I forwarded one time, Css is not lost for me

Hey @Pawan Jain , 1. Yes I have self hosted novu 2. I am using Amazon SES 3. One time only. So everytime I forward email, it goes without CSS.

Hi, Can you please try changing your email provider? I am checking with SES also I used Sendinblue and novu email provider.
