OBS keeps crashing my lunar client
and when i try to use regular minecraft without lunar client i cant see my cursor

Try and run OBS as admin. I remember having issues with a game crashing when using a game capture source and this is the only thing that worked. This can also be a reason why the cursor might not be showing, but idk
Another things to check would be make sure your graphics drivers are up to date. See if either lunar client or OBS is using a lot of system resources at the time when it crashes. Update OBS or try a few older versions to see if you still have issues
