Toolboard looses communication when generating a shaper graph for Y axis

I just installed a 5V PSU to power RPi4 and a 48V PSU that I wired to the Motor supply on the Octopus Pro. Now, I am trying to generate shaper graphs. Works fine with the X axis but always fails on the Y axis at around the same time at ~30Hz, even if I start it separately.

Before the modification I had no problems generating shaper graphs.
