Must be a belt problem
You probably have them too tight
so, did you solve the problem?
I have exact same thing, and I dont understend how loose should I make them to solve it...
lower belt tension
2 full turns to the left and fixed it

hmm, lets try...
hm. if I do even one turn my shaper graph becomes garbage and belts are very loose...
but I guess it would be better to open separate thread for my problem 8)
