petg issues
Polymaker petg. Dried for 6 hours at 60c.
What gives? It's peeling up in the print and then when it does stick, it has these weird waves

Yes. Do another probe_calibrate for Z offset..
Also keep in mind stock Orca petg profile doesnt have retraction and zhop enabled..
No need for a probe_calibrate, just lift it by 0.005 increments
the waves you see just add up from line to line. Each line should be clean
You may also want to lower accel on first layer, especially with translucid
