Fucky drivers?

So putting together the printer and it's throwing errors for uart unable to read on these amazon drivers I bought. It seems their rx and tx are swapped compared to the one that works (black). Could this be why? Is there anything I can do to fix this? Also the driver that works has been moved around to confirm working wiring. Octopus Pro 1.1/RatOS/VCore400
