did you install wine-ge latest from heroic wine manager?

i dont know what os you are using. But in your file browser you navigate to the folder in the error and see if the wine executable is there
you can also do that on command line
whatever your fav tool is for looking in folders really

I got it through linux on github
it was a .jeb file
Have you followed https://github.com/lutris/docs/blob/master/WineDependencies.md to install Wine Dependencies?
