Shadow articuno
I’m getting ready for shadow articuno but I don’t spoof so I’ll probably only have 3 people doing them, so what are the best Pokémon to max for the raids?

Yea I tried that last time but no one joined
Yet, wont for a little but. But it includes shadow tyranitar which is helpful
